Question 1: Can you produce my designs ? And what’s the MOQ for custom design ?

Answer : Yes, OEM service is welcome in our company. MOQ is 2400pcs per design.

Question 2: How many days for handing time or delivery time?

Answer : Usually, if you order our in stock items, the delivery time is around 3-10 days after we received your deposit. If you order your own designs or our out stock designs, it spend around 45 days ( include the sample time)

Question 3: Could you help me to arrange the shipping ? Which shipping partner is available to France ?

Answer : Yes, if you need, we will glad to arrange for you. To France,if your order is less than 5cartons,shipping by express ( e.g. DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT), if more than 10cartons,we will suggest you ship by sea.
